Assessment Scale
Text Box: Ratings are unscientific subjective opinions of the two obervers based on single session observation  of each user's interactions with the same set of computer programs, plus a time-telling exercise in some cases.  All ratings are on a scale of 1 to 5. "x" marks additional/alternative method/activity observed.

For Interest and Motivation, 1 = relatively low, 5 = relatively high.

"Independence" refers to relative degree to which individual performed tasks independent of instructor direction, with 1 being relativey low independence (more instructor direction needed), and 5 being relatively high independence (less direction needed).

"Verbalization" refers to the relative degree to which individuals interacted verbally with the program and instructor/observers, 1 being low and 5 being high.
