University will design and implement a computer and multimedia based
prevocational training program to serve Sunrise Community of Collier County's
developmentally
disabled consumers...
To include:
 | Researching hardware and software requirements of program, including
adaptive technology and appropriate content (e.g., time telling, counting,
and basic computer skills; personal grooming; self-awareness and
self-confidence; workplace etiquette and ethics) |
 | Developing training protocols, including schedule, individualized
programs, and assessment strategies and tools |
 | Implementing the program and monitoring its success in terms of
enhancing student employability (and thus sense of self worth and
independence) |
